Room Essentials is perfect for homeowners who want to collaborate with an interior designer on their home projects. This service offers a customized furnishings design plan and four in-person consulting sessions, helping you manage your project confidently.
The design plan focuses on essential furnishings such as furniture, rugs, light fixtures, and window treatments, ensuring every piece is the right fit for your space. With exclusive access to our trade showroom, you’ll work with Karen to select good-quality furnishings that create a strong design foundation.
Once your selections are finalized, Karen will meet with you to review the placement of furniture purchased through our exclusive trade sources. She will also conduct a walkthrough to address any questions. A style guide will be provided, helping you shop for art and accessories that reflect your personality and complete your space.
If you need additional support, extra consulting time and styling packages are available for an additional fee.
Room Essentials provides expert guidance while you take the lead, unlike Marker Girl’s Full-Service option, which manages all the details for you.
(Design fees start at $4000 for the first room. Custom pricing is offered for multiple spaces based on your project needs.)
