Marker Girl’s New Construction & Remodeling Services work side-by-side with you and your contractor to assist you in making the right choices for your home.
Let me help you with the design solutions and make quality choices that fit your family’s lifestyle. Whether it’s remodeling your kitchen/bathroom or building a new home, these services will give you all the information you need to create a beautiful and cohesive design.
I can assist you with creating a design for a whole new space or refreshing an existing space by helping you with all your selections.
This is completed through a series of scheduled appointments, referring to the builder’s vendor sources and budget specifications that have been given to you. I will provide you and your contractor with a specifications binder with all the selection details and finishes for the home.
By letting a professional help you make the right choices, you avoid making costly mistakes and end up with a stress-free process for your remodel or new build.
The investment for New Construction / Remodel services starts at a minimum of $5000 (design fee only). Price is per space for full-design projects; a package discount rate is given for multiple rooms, and rooms needing selections only.
**Please Note: I do not provide a contractor for you with the service.

Our In-Home Interior Design services the Houston metro area including -Bellaire, Heights, West U, The Woodlands, Spring, Tomball, Cypress, Fulshear, Katy, and Sugar Land. (Out of area projects will be considered based upon schedule and scope of work; Travel and Expense fees will be added.)
