With Marker Girl’s New Build & Remodel Design Service, we work side-by-side with you and your contractor/builder to assist you in making the right choices for your home. Karen works as a member of your team, helping you create a design for a whole new space or refresh an existing space.
Let Karen help you with the design solutions and make quality choices that fit your family’s lifestyle. Whether it’s remodeling your kitchen/bathroom or building a new home, these services will give you all the information you need to create a beautiful and cohesive design.
Karen is there throughout the build, from the beginning concepts through completion. In this service, Karen reviews the blueprints from your builder/contractor, then creates customized full-design details, works alongside you to help you make the right selections, and finishes all the spaces with final decorative details.
She will also provide you and your contractor with a specifications binder with all the selection details and finishes for the home.
By letting a professional help you make the right choices, you avoid making costly mistakes and end up with a stress-free process for your remodel or new build.
