Marker Girl’s “Room in a Day” service is for clients who are design enthusiasts that would like to work directly with Karen in their home to help with their room design but are willing to do their own purchasing and implement the design themselves. Karen will work with you in a single day taking your vision and ideas to create your “Master Design Plan” that will help you create your dream room.
The day brings Karen to your home with a 3-hour consultation giving you direct access to professional design expertise, insider tips, and advice. Then Karen spends time in her studio creating your “Master Plan” to implement your design.
The investment for a Room in a Day consists of a flat design fee.
Your first room starts at $1800
This service can be packaged at a discounted rate into a bundled fee with 3 or more rooms purchased at the same time. Furnishings budget is not included with the design fee.

(Out of area projects will be considered based upon schedule and scope of work; Travel and Expense fees will be added.)
If you live outside of the Houston area we offer our room services virtually.
