As I make goals for myself I often go back and make them bigger. I catch myself often not thinking big enough. The best exercise for me is to imagine there are no obstacles in the way, be honest with myself and dream bigger. Then go back and create smaller goals that help me achieve the bigger vision. It is great motivator for me to stay focused and not give up or procrastinate. …And remember to celebrate the small goals I am achieving.
