My worse bad habit is overthinking. That is I overthink personal things in my life. I do this mainly after I have made a decision or done something. It does not help me at all in being happy. I am much better than I used to be and now I really catch myself when I am in that mindset. How I snap out of it is by giving myself a very short time to let out all of the negatives and then I tell myself to move on with negatives out, I start thinking about the positives my decision has given me. Doing this has really helped me be happier than I used to be. This past week was a real test of that and today I am moving forward and focusing on all the great things I am doing and have done for both my family and myself.
